Orders are typically shipped in 2-3 business days from when your order is placed, and your card is never charged until the order actually ships. We ship individual orders using either FedEx Ground or Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service, and our rates are:

If you live outside of the countries shown above, please contact HeadsUp directly about ordering and shipping options for your location. Note that each HeadsUp System ships with a 12V DC power adapter designed to work with Type A (North American standard) plugs. Our power adapter is rated for both 110V and 220V power, so you may just need a plug adapter to use it in your location. We are working on getting international distributors, so you may be able to purchase a HeadsUp System directly from your local bicycle or outdoor retailer soon.
Wholesale orders may ship by carriers other than USPS, including your collect account if you have one set up with us.
HeadsUp Systems is based in Colorado, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in central Denver. The following sales tax rates apply:
- no sales tax on orders delivered outside of Colorado
- 7.72% - within the City and County of Denver
- 4.10% - remainder of Denver metro area
- 2.90% - Colorado outside of Denver metro area
You can see your actual sales tax rate in the shopping cart by entering your country, state and zip code and pressing the GET A QUOTE button. If you have a wholesale account set up with us, you will not be charged sales tax regardless of location.
We send you a confirmation email with your order details as soon as you place your order, and we send a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order is charged and shipped.
You can also check the status of your order on our website at any time: just visit the My Orders link and login if needed to see a list of your orders. You can click View Order on any order to see the order details and status, as well as see shipping information on the Track your order link.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can likely change your order. Just email us at email@example.com or contact us using our Contact Us page with your request and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
If you have any problem with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us using our Contact Us page with your concern and we'll respond as quickly as we can. We like happy customers, so we'll do everything we can to make it right.
If you are not completely satisfied with your HeadsUp System order from our website, you may return it for any reason within 30 days for a full refund on the price of the product. (If you purchased your system from another retail store, please check with that store on their return policy.) You may return any product that you purchased directly from us for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling. If you would like a refund, just send us a note of explanation and mail your order back to our address on the Contact Us page within 30 days. We'll process your refund promptly once the item shows up here.
The HeadsUp System has undergone rigorous product testing, and 100% of units are QA tested after assembly, so you are unlikely to have a problem. However, we offer a one year warranty on our products: If any part of your system stops working within 12 months from the time of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. If you need to return an item to us under our Satisfaction Guarantee or Warranty, please contact us first with a brief description of the problem in case we can solve it without you having to return anything to us. If something does need to be returned for a refund or repair/replacement, please mail it to us at the address on our Contact Us page, along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Your receipt is not required if you purchased it directly from us or previously registered your product with us on our website.
